2025年，睿显科技正式推出适合AR眼镜应用方向的0.23英寸规格的Micro OLED微型显示屏，历经一年的工艺打磨与市场验证，实现从工艺优化到稳定量产、从单一规格到多场景方案落地的全面突破。

In 2025, Rayvision Technology officially launched the 0.23-inch Micro OLED microdisplay tailored for AR glasses. After one year of process refinement and market validation, we have achieved comprehensive breakthroughs spanning process optimization to stable mass production, as well as rollout of multi-scenario solutions beyond single-specification products.

当前，0.23产品全彩、单红、单绿三个规格实现稳定量产，具备持续批量供货能力。出货产品亮度表现充分适配强光户外等复杂环境，产品寿命指标可以满足各类终端使用需求，其中全彩产品亮度超12000nits，入眼亮度超1000nits，单绿产品最高亮度超100000nits，单红产品最高亮度超50000nits。

At present, three variants of the 0.23-inch product – full-color, single red and single green – are in stable mass production with consistent bulk supply capacity. Shipped units deliver luminance performance well-suited for harsh environments such as outdoor high-brightness scenarios, and their lifespan metrics meet the operational requirements of diverse end devices. Specifically, the full-color version achieves luminance exceeding 12,000 nits with over 1,000 nits of eye-in luminance; the single green variant reaches a peak luminance above 100,000 nits, while the single red variant tops 50,000 nits.
